Documents Required for Administrative Registration for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.


  • by students who are unable to complete their administrative registration online :

    • - students who do not pay their tuition fees by credit card,
    - students whose enrollment application is subject to a specific procedure,
    - students whose administrative status requires manual processing by the registrar's office,

  • by following these steps :

    • 1. Have previously paid the CVEC (Student and Campus Fee), in the amount of €105 : https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
    2. Fill out the fields on each tab of the registration form
    3. Submit the required supporting documents for administrative registration by following the web link provided by the academic department
    4. NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 15, 2026 : Pay the registration fees on the dedicated payment platform by following the instructions provided by the program :
    - link to log in to the payment platform - Description of the situation corresponding to your registration - amount of registration fees due
    5. Add proof of payment of the registration fee to the designated tab in the registration form
    6. Obtain your enrollment documents according to the procedures specified by the academic unit

  • while keeping the following points in mind :

    • - Deadline for administrative registration set by the institution : 15/10/2026
    - Deadline for payment of the first installment if you choose to pay in 3 installments: 15/09/2026
    - Payment platform available starting 27/08/2026
