This website is implemented by Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble INP) to allow you to create an application for master. We collect your personal data in order to evaluate your application. Some data (marked as such) are necessary for your application to be eligible. We keep your application data until the evaluation is finished and at most one year further. Welcome to the Online Master’s Application Platform

Please read the important information below before starting your application.

REGISTRATION FEES

  • European students: €254 / year (Amount for 2025–2026)
  • Non‑European students: €3,941 / year (Amount for 2025–2026)

The full tuition fees do not need to be paid at the time of registration. An instalment plan may be arranged. An initial payment will be required upon registration.

KEY DATES

  • Opening of the application period: 15 December 2025
  • Closing of the application period: 16 March 2026
  • Admission results: 30 April 2026 (FSA & EEF) – 03 June 2026 (Monmaster)

APPLICATION AND ADMISSION PROCEDURES

The application file must be submitted within the deadlines, even if diploma certificates are not yet available. Students awaiting results for the current academic year must also submit an application within the deadlines. They will be required to update their file as soon as their results are published. These documents will, in any case, be required at the time of enrolment.

The admissions committee may grant conditional admission, subject to successful completion of the current academic year. An admissions jury will meet to review all applications.

You are on the platform used to submit your application for the Phelma recruitment campaign – Master 2 Signal Processing (SIGMA), Master 2 Physics – Photonics and Semiconductors (PhSem), Master 2 Physics – Nuclear Energy (EN), Master 2 Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies – Nanomedicine and Structural Biology (NBS), Master 1 & 2 Cognitive Science – Natural and Artificial Cognition (CNA), Master 1 & 2 Materials Science and Engineering – Electronic Engineering for Energy Conversion and Storage (GECS) – managed by Grenoble INP – Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble.

The data collected about you will be used to create your application file for evaluation. Some data, marked as such, are required for your application to be considered eligible. Your data will be stored on this platform for the time necessary to evaluate your application, and for a maximum of one year thereafter.
