Gap Year Project Grant Campaign for Grenoble INP - UGA Students



The Grenoble INP Foundation supports Grenoble INP - UGA to enable all talents to successfully undertake long-term scientific and technological studies, regardless of their background.
As part of this mission, we support gap year projects led by students, either in an associative format or individually. This program aims to encourage initiatives with a strong academic, professional, social, or environmental impact.

CRITERIA

Gap year projects can be carried out:

- By a student association: The association must be registered with the prefecture and affiliated with Grenoble INP. - By an individual student or a group of students: The project must be clearly defined and demonstrate a significant impact.

KEY DATES

Campaign 1 :

- Campaign 1 opening (project for the 2024/2025 academic year): Closed
- Campaign 1 closing (project for the 2024/2025 academic year): Closed
Campaign 2 :

- Campaign 2 opening (project for the 2025/2026 academic year): March 28, 2025
- Campaign 2 closing (project for the 2025/2026 academic year): June 7, 2025

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- For gap year projects led by a student association:

* Project presentation (brochure, PowerPoint presentation, etc.)
* Detailed budget
* Association’s statutes
* Prefectural registration receipt
* Original association bank details (RIB)
* Moral and financial report (not mandatory for newly created associations)

- For gap year projects led by individual students:

* Detailed gap year project presentation, including objectives and expected impact
* Full budget forecast
* Team composition and roles (if applicable)
* Bank details (RIB) of the student submitting the application

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Any incomplete application will be rejected.
