2026–2027 Recruitment Campaign – Grenoble INP – Phelma

Please read the information below carefully before starting your application.

TARGET AUDIENCE

You are currently enrolled in an IUT, Professional Bachelor’s Degree (DUT+3), BUT, BTS + ATS preparation, or a Bachelor’s Degree (L2 or L3), or equivalent.

ADMISSION INTO THE 1st YEAR

18 seats per first-year track are reserved for students admitted on academic records.

Admission with a BUT: in 2026, on an exceptional basis, very strong students with two years of higher education (bac+2) may apply and enter the first year of the engineering program. BUT2 applications may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for the 2026 intake.

IMPORTANT DATES

APPLICATION FEES

Admissions 2026

  • For any application to the engineering cycle, a €100 application fee is required (regardless of the number of programs applied to within the school or Grenoble INP).
  • These fees are non-refundable.
  • Students receiving a French government need-based scholarship for the 2025–2026 academic year are exempt, provided they submit their final scholarship notification.
  • Apprenticeship tracks are exempt from application fees.

Payment must be made online.
Exceptionally, candidates who cannot pay online may request to pay by bank transfer.
To do so, please write to: recrutement-ast@phelma.grenoble-inp.fr to obtain the institution’s bank details (RIB).
Bank transfer fees must be added to the amount due and are the responsibility of the candidate.

If payment is not received, the application will not be reviewed.

Please note: specific submission deadlines will be indicated for each application.

TUITION FEES UPON ADMISSION

  • European students: €628 / year (2025–2026 rate)
  • Non-European students: €3,941 / year (2025–2026 rate)

Full payment of tuition fees is not required at the time of enrollment. A payment schedule may be arranged. An initial payment will be required upon enrollment.
