Admission Based on Qualifications – Student Status or Apprenticeship Status – 2026

  • First year: Places open for admission in 2026: 29
    • 5 in initial training / student status
    • 24 in the apprenticeship track
  • Second-year admissions are open only in initial training / student status or in continuing education under certain conditions: 15 places open in 2026

Selection Process

The selection process takes place in two stages:

  • Eligibility: Application files reviewed and selected by a jury
  • Admission: Admission interview in Grenoble, from the afternoon of April 22 to April 24, 2026

Applicants must be ranked among the top students in their cohort and must have been selected by the head of their IUT department or by the academic coordinator of their program.

MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: MANDATORY ENTRY INTO CAMPAIGN 600 AND PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEES

Complete Campaign 600 (Grenoble INP) before proceeding to Campaign 604 (Industrial Engineering) and pay the application fees.

If you are a grant holder and/or applying only for the apprenticeship track, you are exempt from the fees. However, you must still complete Campaign 600 up to the payment step (click “pay” to finalize your application). No amount will be charged.

Application Fees – Admissions September 2026

For any application to an engineering program, an application fee of €100 is required (regardless of the number of applications within the school or Grenoble INP). These fees are non-refundable.

Payment must be made online. The payment section is located in Campaign 600.

  • Students receiving need-based grants for the 2025–2026 academic year are exempt, provided they can justify their status (final grant notification must be attached to the application).
    No fee will be charged.
  • Students applying only to apprenticeship programs are also exempt from application fees. However, they must still complete the payment procedure; otherwise, the application file cannot be submitted.
    No fee will be charged.

Failure to complete the payment procedure will result in the application not being reviewed.


STEP 2: YOUR APPLICATION TO INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

Complete Campaign 604, then upload all required supporting documents.

⚠️ Any incomplete application file will not be reviewed.

List of Mandatory Supporting Documents

  • Cover letter
  • CV (résumé)
  • Academic transcripts since the baccalaureate (in chronological order)
  • Copy of all diplomas obtained since the baccalaureate
  • Letter of evaluation or recommendation / opinion on continuation of studies

STEP 3: IMPORTANT – CHECK YOUR APPLICATION FILE

  • Upload documents from the oldest to the most recent.
  • Ensure that each document is complete (no blank pages).

⚠️ Any incomplete application file will not be reviewed.
