This website is implemented by Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble INP) to allow you to create an application for Grenoble INP - UGA 2025-2026 student form concerning the use of personal data as well as the Orders, Procedures, Charters and Rules.. Your administrative registration or re-registration is determined, among others, by some documents that you have to fill in and upload to the Service Numérique des Pièces Jointes – SNPJ – ( Digital Service for Supporting Documents)

Among these documents, you have to fill in this form. During the administrative registration process, Grenoble INP collects personal data about students. This data, necessary for the administrative management of students, is processed and stored according to the legislation in force.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you may exercise the following rights with regard to this data:
- right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion: you must contact the Students Affairs Department by writing to scolarite@grenoble-inp.fr
- right of opposition regarding the use of the identity photo for the constitution of trombinoscopes: you must fill in the form available at https://www.grenoble-inp.fr/fr/formation/droit-d-oppositon
You can also contact the Data Protection Officer: DPO@grenoble-inp.fr or, in the event of unsatisfied legitimate challenge, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (see cnil.fr).
