KEY DATES:
- Campaign opening: from 28 August 2023.
- Closing date for applications: October, 1st 2023 midnight - no additional time will be granted
- Exemption commission: November 20th, 2023
- Answer's period: end of December, Receipt of a notification to the email address written in your file


PUBLIC CONCERNED :
ANY STUDENT enrolled in an initial training course, preparatory cycle, bachelor's degree, engineering cycle or master's degree in one of the components of Grenoble INP

Students enrolled inInternational Masters Courses with specific fees cannot apply in this campaign. Applications will not be considered.
These international Masters are :

- SGB = Electrical Engineering for Smart Grids and Buildings - Grenoble INP - Grenoble INP - Ense³, UGA

- SGM - MaNuEn = Materials for Nuclear Engineering - Grenoble INP - Grenoble INP - Phelma, UGA
- SGM - EFM = Engineering of Functional Materials - Grenoble INP - Grenoble INP - Phelma, UGA

- Your administrative registration at Grenoble INP - UGA is REQUIRED for the study of your application by your school in the first phase, then by the Commission - Students registered at UGA do not depend on this campaign.
- To complete your application, please refer at all times to the list of documents to be provided
THE LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED MUST BE PRINTED, SIGNED AND UPLOADED IN YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION FILE.

ANY INCOMPLETE FILE or with untranslated or illegible documents and/or documents that do not correspond to what is requested - will be rejected without possibility of appeal If your family situation does not allow you to provide all the supporting documents requested, please get closer to your school's registrar's office.
