Master validation for PhD registration

The application campaign opens on Feb 8, 2023.

To submit your application online:

The procedure takes approximately 15 minutes. The files to be attached must be in .pdf or .jpg format (no .doc, docx).
Documents must be copies of the originals accompanied by a translation into French or at least English.

List of documents to be uploaded :

- a copy of your identity card (EU) or passport (non-EU)
- a CV
- a copy of your master's degree or engineering diploma
- a copy of your bachelor's degree
- a copy of the full transcript of records
- the master's thesis or engineering's thesis
- journal articles and conferences, if any
- a letter of motivation
- proof of funding for the thesis over 3 years = monthly minimum wage: €1,383.09 net* x 36 months (*net amount = after deduction of employee contributions)

- the matching candidate and subject (to be completed by the thesis supervisor) and the letter welcoming the new doctoral student (to be completed by the director of your laboratory)

Your application will be examined by the Doctoral Exemption Council (CD3) of the Doctoral College. The Master's exemption accepted is equivalent to authorisation to enrol at UGA
Applications must be submitted at least 15 days before the date of a meeting.
