Students awaiting results of the current year are required to also fill a case on time.
They will have to complete it as soon as their results are published.

The commission of the applications may make an admission subject to success.
The application must be submitted in due time, even if the supporting documents for the diplomas are not available.
Anyway, they will be required when registering in the establishment.

The deadline of submission is 25/05/2025

An Admissions Panel will meet in april and in june to decide on applications.

TUITION FEES

The institution applies regulations that require the payment of differentiated registration fees for non-EU students.

The full payment of tuition fees does not necessarily need to be made at the time of registration.
A payment installment plan may be set up, but an initial payment will need to be made in July during registration.

If the personal situation justifies it, partial or total exemption may be granted upon request to the Student Social Committee.
The committee's decision is based on a social assessment, reviewing the student's and their family's financial resources.
This request can only be made after registration.

As an indication, for the 2024-2025 academic year, these fees amounted to €3,879 per year, subject to change according to the policy in place for the 2025-2026 academic year.
For information, a minimum budget of €650 per month is required to cover living expenses (housing, food, other needs).

IMPORTANT: Despite a strong commitment to social inclusion and a policy of internationalization in its programs,
Grenoble INP - UGA will only be able to cover a very small portion of requests for fee exemptions and social assistance, due to the very high demand.
For example, only one-third of exemption requests were granted for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Furthermore, it will not be possible for a student to benefit from an exemption for their entire course of study.

In addition, the conditions for exemption from registration fees by the Student Social Commission are subject to change and will be approved by the Graduate schools of Engineering and Management's Board of Directors in June 2025.

Among the changes to be expected for applicants who are registered for the first time at Grenoble INP - UGA for the 2025-2026 academic year:

• the exemption will be limited to 1 per study cycle
• students in their 2nd year of a Master's program will not be eligible for the exemption campaign.

Any fraud or attempted fraud on the above statements is punishable by penal sentences.
